They are rich in dietary fibre, energy-giving carbohydrates and low in fat. Pulses are also a great way to add B vitamins, and minerals like iron, zinc, calcium and magnesium to your diet or product offering.

For instance, the low glycaemic index of pulses make them a suitable for diabetes sufferers who need to manage their glucose levels. Similarly, the high level of folate is appropriate for expectant mothers and infants. Our flours lend itself to a range of products such as protein bars, protein drinksn digestive biscuits etc.
